We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Financial Analysis Team as an Associate Financial Analyst (Level 2) located in North Charleston, South Carolina. Position Responsibilities
Compile data from multiple sources and develop overhead pool performance reports.
Extract data and compile routine performance reports and assist with preparing variance analyses.
Initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to management.
Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends.
Facilitate/lead Overhead pool performance reviews with site Exec Functional leadership including Program Support/Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts.
Support various other special projects.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related role.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Master’s Degree.
1+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
1+ years of experience managing financial results of a program, including profit and loss analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain “why.”
Adaptability to rapid changing environments and ability to meet deliverables.
Experienced change agent; ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders.
Conflict of Interest Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict‑of‑Interest (COI) assessment process.
