Position Title:
Supv, Concessions Lead (Part-Time Seasonal) – Atrium Health Ballpark
Pay Range:
$13.00 to $15.00 per hour
Job Summary This seasonal, event-based role (April–September) oversees the concession department, ensuring exceptional service and compliance across concession stands, portable units, bars, and in‑seat service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Concessions Manager with maintaining the POS system.
Train Supervisors, Leads, and cashiers.
Coordinate with warehouse and kitchen to ensure product availability and quality.
Monitor compliance with checklists and SOP adherence.
Work closely with Locations Sanitarian to meet Health Department and PSC sanitation standards.
Track training completion and ensure mandated training is executed.
Communicate staffing concerns with the Staffing Team.
Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies.
Manage Levy Responsible Alcohol Service.
Oversee sales of food & beverage items to spectators during events.
Maintain product inventory.
Show professionalism with customers and fellow employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead with minimal direction.
Computer/POS proficiency preferred.
Ability to train hourly staff on concession duties.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.
