Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $71.00/hr
Job Location:
New York, NYC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
This role is the
first line of support for Credit & Municipal Bond traders . The person will support
in-house trading and risk applications , handle
production issues with real PnL impact , and act as the
bridge between traders, operations, and technology .
It’s a
high‑pressure, desk‑facing role
requiring strong
credit products knowledge ,
Linux/Python/SQL , and
excellent communication .
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for traders.
Support front‑office trading applications, including FICC Credit Trading and Credit Derivatives (CDS, Indices, Index Options).
Handle production incidents, escalation, and problem management, ensuring minimal PnL impact.
Act as a liaison between traders, operations, and technology to resolve issues and improve processes.
Provide incident, escalation, and problem management support.
Qualifications
7+ years in Production / Application Support.
Experience in a front‑office or trading floor environment.
Strong knowledge of credit products and electronic trading & STP.
Proficiency in Linux, Python, and SQL.
Excellent communication and incident management skills.
