Who You Are
Active and unrestricted real‑estate license.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the market.
Minimum of one year residential real‑estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real‑estate experience.
Trusted advisor who guides clients through the buying and selling process.
Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referrals.
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer‑service skills.
Embraces technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.
The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.
This is a commission‑based role with unlimited upside. Commissions are expected to range from $20,000 to $250,000. On average, agents earn $85,000, with uncapped potential.
