Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary. Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. More details upon interview.
Hours of Operation:
Mon–Fri – Breakfast – 7:30 am–11:00 am
Mon–Fri – Lunch – 11:30 pm–3:00 pm
Sun–Thru – Dinner – 5:00 pm–9:00 pm
Sat‑Sun – Brunch – 10:30 am–3:00 pm
Fri & Sat – Dinner – 5:00 pm–10:00 pm

2-3 years of experience required.
Pay Range:
$11.00 per hour to $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary This Sommelier position works closely with the Wine Director and front‑of‑house leadership to ensure seamless wine service and overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Providing knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive wine service on the floor
Assisting members and guests with wine selections and pairings
Supporting all aspects of dining room service as part of the broader FOH team
Executing proper wine service standards
Performing cellar work, including organization, labeling, storage, and inventory upkeep
Assisting with receiving, stocking, and maintaining the wine cellar
Supporting wine education and training for the service team as directed
Working collaboratively with FOH staff and management to deliver a cohesive guest experience
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as a Sommelier
Solid foundational wine knowledge and a strong interest in continued learning
Strong service instincts and comfort working on the floor
Highly organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented
Ability to lift and move cases of wine as part of cellar responsibilities
