Lodgekeeping Driver - Summer '26
at Yellowstone Club
Yellowstone Club is a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana, offering world‑class ski and golf experiences. Our Lodgekeeping department is hiring a Lodgekeeping Driver for the upcoming summer season (May‑September). The role ensures safe transportation for staff and maintains cleanliness of public areas in accordance with Yellowstone Club Cleaning Standards.
Starting pay: $20 per hour
Major Responsibilities
Provide outstanding guest service, greet and acknowledge every member and guest, and maintain high service standards.
Represent Yellowstone Club professionally and handle all transactions with guests legally and ethically.
Follow all property safety and security procedures, seek medical attention if needed, and report incidents to the manager, Director of Housekeeping, or Human Resources.
Maintain positive working relationships with all company employees.
Essential Job Functions
Adhere to driver safety precautions: wear seat belts, observe speed limits, and ensure passengers are belted.
Keep the vehicle ready by inspecting exterior and interior and reporting any damage.
Operate the shuttle program: drive to/from employee housing, the club, and other designated stops.
Transport team members to and from assigned areas.
Support lodgekeepers in cleaning and maintaining public/common areas, locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and employee areas.
Maintain cleaning totes, carts, linen rooms, and lodgekeeping equipment orderly.
Work within various lodgekeeping teams to achieve high efficiency and quality.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of members at all times.
Assist with laundry as needed.
Prepare new venues or buildings for club opening.
Comply with all club policies, procedures, standards, and OSHA chemical handling standards.
May assign duties or give instructions to other lodgekeepers or team members.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Complete all required training or classes.
Perform duties timely and efficiently per club policies.
Meet productivity, organization, punctuality, attendance, and consistency standards.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, privacy for members, and a clean appearance.
Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees and supervisors.
Perform work safely and to high quality.
Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to members and guests.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.
Management may reassign duties and working hours.
Experience / Education Preferred
High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or related coursework.
3 months experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial laundry setting; hospitality setting desired.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid U.S. or international driver’s license.
Computer Skills
Basic knowledge of technology.
Language Ability
Clear spoken communication with members, guests, co‑workers, vendors, and departments; written communication clear and legible.
Math Ability
Perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability
Solve basic problems and determine when managerial assistance is needed.
Work Environment Work generally in climate‑controlled environments but may be required outside in extreme weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabled employees.
Physical Demands The job requires frequent talking/hearing, lifting 25‑50 pounds, using hands to handle items, sitting, standing, walking, climbing, and operating a vehicle for up to several hours per day. Vigilance, vision, and safety compliance are essential.
