Shift Schedule
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shift Differential
6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked
Responsibilities
Safe and reliable transport of Primo Water products to company pre‑assigned distribution points. Operate transport vehicle safely. Ensure vehicle meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards. Understand load and freight weight requirements. Operate forklift to unload and reload trailers with company products. Complete all required company and DOT documents and reports. Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle. Manage and track inventory. Secure product loads before and during transport. Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older. Minimum two years’ experience driving tractor/trailers OTR. Ability to use a handheld device and application systems. Valid CDL Class A license with double and tanker endorsements. Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration driver qualifications, including pre‑trip and post‑trip requirements. Ability to safely lift up to 66 pounds. Experience with repetitive motion when loading and securing products in trailer. Forklift experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer/data entry and math skills proficiency. Ability to drive tractor/trailer in all weather conditions (snow chain experience may be required for some locations). May be required to work up to 12‑hour shifts (may vary by location). Manual transmission experience required. Ability to operate single/double/triple axle, double side loaders, 53’ dry vans.
