to oversee our dynamic dining operations. This landmark property will feature
two signature restaurants, a grand banquet hall, and outdoor terraces —all designed to deliver world‑class culinary and beverage experiences.
About the Role The Director of Food & Beverage will be a cornerstone of The Rhyland Hotel’s success, shaping the property’s culinary identity and leading a passionate team. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on innovation, operational excellence, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of the food & beverage department, ensuring excellence across restaurants, banquets, and bars.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Partner with the Executive Chef to design menus featuring modern American cuisine with a focus on New York’s seasonal bounty.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all outlets.
Recruit, train, and inspire a high‑performing F&B team.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Proven success as a Director of Food & Beverage or senior F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong operational and financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue while managing costs.
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for staff development and team culture.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, opening environment.
