IFABCORP
The Bilingual HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations at iFAB Corp, a manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication. This role is responsible for employee onboarding, HR documentation, recruitment support, timekeeping coordination, and serving as a bilingual point of contact between management and employees. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining compliance, employee engagement, and smooth HR processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and required documentation
Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and posting job openings
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files in compliance with company and legal standards
Support timekeeping, attendance tracking, and coordination with payroll
Serve as a bilingual liaison between employees and management
Assist with employee relations, disciplinary documentation, and policy communication
Support safety, compliance, and training initiatives in a manufacturing environment
Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
Perform general administrative HR tasks as needed
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience; manufacturing experience required
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Knowledge of basic HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
