Benefits You Can Count On
Pay Rate: $99K-109K gross per year
Sign‑on Bonus up to $10K depending on experience
Dispatch 3rd shift

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit DOT inspection reports
Verify bill of lading and store keys accurately for off‑hour deliveries
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills
Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions
Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications You’ll Bring
At least 21 years of age
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for job‑related tasks
