Responsibilities
LMS Implementation & Management
Lead the configuration, rollout, and ongoing administration of iSprings LMS.
Upload, organize, and maintain training content and user data.
Monitor user engagement, track progress, and generate reports.
Training Development & Coordination
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging training materials (e.g., videos, presentations, quizzes).
Schedule and coordinate in‑person and virtual training sessions.
Ensure training programs align with company goals, compliance requirements, and employee development needs.
Support & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for training‑related inquiries.
Provide technical support and guidance to users navigating the LMS.
Communicate training opportunities and updates across departments.
Continuous Improvement
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Stay current with industry best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
Identify opportunities to enhance employee onboarding, safety training, and leadership development.
Requirements
Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (iSprings preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Experience developing training content using tools like PowerPoint or similar.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus for experience with video editing or graphic design tools.
Prior experience in construction, skilled trades, or safety training is a plus.
