The Washington Commanders is seeking Seasonal Set Up Crew Members at Northwest Stadium. This role is seasonal part‑time, event‑based, and responsible for setup, execution, conversion, and breakdown for events hosted at Northwest Stadium including internal meetings, externally sold events, Commanders home games, concerts, and more.
We are looking for individuals who can function in a fast‑paced, multi‑task setting and support the Operations Department for the 2026 football and events season.
Responsibilities
Work within established operating procedures for facility maintenance and event conversions to meet the specific needs of the facility and event.
Assist with event preparation duties including setting up tables, chairs, tents, pipe‑and‑drape, stages, stanchions, signage, and bike rack.
Set building configuration as per the standard operating procedure for each individual event.
Conduct a physical inspection of all areas of the facility to ensure correct setup and patron safety.
Organize and maintain order in storage areas.
Respond to requests from management, vendors, event organizers/planners and team members in a timely manner.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Age 18 and over with a high school diploma or equivalent education.
Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to perform duties proactively and collaboratively.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
Ability to anticipate, plan, recommend, implement and follow through with tasks required.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift 25 lbs, 50 lbs, and 80 lbs regularly.
Preferred
Previous experience within a sports or events field.
Hourly rate: $15
