You are able to maintain a clean and organized work area
You have a passion for hospitality, building strong relationships, learning new skills and having fun
Ability to operate and learn to maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.
You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.
Authorized to work in the US for any employer

What You’ll Do
Wash dishes and ensure cleanliness of work stations
Cleaning and inspecting kitchens and food service areas and ensuring a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
Communicating with cooks, managers regarding needs, maintenance issues.
Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.
Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
Assist with kitchen prep and other set up duties.
Occasionally bus tables and ensure cleanliness of dining area.
All other duties as assigned by the executive chef, back, and front of house managers

1 year food & beverage experience preferred
Physical Requirements…
Ability to regularly perform motions such as lifting, pushing and pulling, bending
Ability to perform at 80% mobility during the shift and 10% continuous standing
Ability to lift 50 pounds
