Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, build retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

Salary and Schedule Details

Starting hourly pay rate $13.00 - $14.00.

Annual pay increases eligible.

Part‑time position with variable schedule.

Average weekly hours 12 - 15.

Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory in various retail stores using a mobile device. Communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys. Professional interaction with store staff and customers.

Holiday support: additional days and extended hours during holiday season; may work on actual holiday.

Department resets: assist installations and reset card sections, notified two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekend.

Team support: collaborate with other merchandisers to support territories.

Physical Requirements Must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders as required.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years old.

Read, write, and understand English.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.

Operate a digital hand‑held device.

Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.

Access to reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
