This entry-level rotational program offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced technology environment within the asset management industry, where Associates contribute to critical business initiatives while developing strong technical and functional expertise through structured training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience.
Across both tracks, the program is designed to develop well‑rounded technologists who can collaborate across teams, apply technology to real business challenges, and grow into impactful contributors within Lord Abbett’s technology organization.
Client Services & Investments Technology Technology Associates aligned to Client Services & Investments Technology will support strategic initiatives that enhance investment data, analytics, and client service capabilities. This track focuses on building solutions that enable investment teams and client‑facing groups, combining technology skills with a deep understanding of investment processes and client needs.
Participate in structure training and rotations to build a strong understanding of Lord Abbett’s technology environment while developing both technical and functional expertise.
Participate in rotations to build strategic understanding of Lord Abbett’s technology stack and enterprise architecture.
Work closely with multiple technology teams to broaden exposure and deepen technical skills.
Gain foundational investment knowledge in portfolio management, trading, and investment data analytics.
Learn client services knowledge with a focus on marketing technology, analytics, client onboarding, and relationship management across retail, institutional, and international businesses.

Enterprise Technology – Cyber Security Technology Associates aligned to Cyber Security will gain hands‑on experience protecting applications, data, and infrastructure across the firm. This track emphasizes secure application delivery and exposure to core cyber security disciplines, providing opportunities to work on real‑world projects that strengthen the firm’s technology resilience and risk posture.
Participate in training to build foundational knowledge of Lord Abbett’s security controls, tools, and secure development practices.
Support cyber security initiatives across areas such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, identity and access management, and بيا security.
Partner with technology teams to podrían embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements through deployment.
Assist with identifying, tracking, and helping remediate security findings from scanning tools, testing, and audits.

Client Services & Investments Technology (Full‑time)
Design, develop, test, and deploy newsletter automation technology solutions supporting investment, analytics, and client or corporate services.
Apply Agile development practices, including CI/CD, while collaborating within and across development teams.
Explore and apply technologies across DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure environments.
Work directly with business stakeholders and end users to deliver impactful, user‑focused solutions.
Enterprise Technology – Cyber Security (Full‑time)
Support security monitoring and threat detection, including development of dashboards and detections to identify and investigate suspicious activity.
Contribute to application security by assisting with thread modeling, secure design/code review support, and security testing automation (e.g., SAST/DAST, dependency and container scanning).
Support incident response readiness by maintaining playbooks/runbooks, participating in tabletop exercises, and supporting investigations.
Partner across cyber security and technology teams to embed security into development workflow and deliver practical improvements that reduce risk and improve resilience.
You’ll need to have:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field; graduating or in‑between December 2025 – June 2026.
Exposure to one or more programminggrad or scripting languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) and a willingness to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
Foundational understanding of software development concepts and modern technology environments (e.g. databases, cloud platforms, networks, operating systems, or APIs).
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently.
Self‑motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Ability to communicate clearly andгээр professionally, listen effectively, maintain confidentiality, and learn processes and procedures quickly.
Genuine curiosity and desire to learn about the asset management industry and its technology and risk landscape.
