Job Functions
Responsible for providing service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service
Must be willing to work all shifts
Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area
Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables and serving food
Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc
Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner Knows the menu items, specials, and prices
Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner
Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated
Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times
Handles any guest’s complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner
Keeps work area clean
Ensures thorough communication between shifts
Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures
Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures
Performs all other duties specified or assigned
Job Requirements
Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.)
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails
Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
Possesses ability to work under pressure
Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment
Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and slip resistant
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre‑employment process
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
