We’re looking for a talented
Data Engineer
to join our mission-driven team and help design, build, and optimize secure, scalable systems. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a modern cloud environment, develop robust data pipelines, and support projects that directly impact critical operations. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to transform data into powerful insights and efficient solutions.
Your contributions will include:
Designing and maintaining
ETL processes
to move and transform large-scale data efficiently.
Building and optimizing
SQL models
to support analytics and business logic.
Developing solutions in
Python, SQL, Spark, PowerShell, and C# .
Creating scalable and secure applications and services in
AWS
(Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EC2, S3).
Supporting
SQL Server
environments for database management and integration.
Applying
DevSecOps practices
to ensure secure, high-quality code delivery.
Collaborating in
SCRUM teams
using
Jira
and Git-based workflows.
Partnering with analysts to deliver data solutions that enable impactful
data analysis and decision-making .
What you’ll bring to the team (Must-Haves):
Programming experience:
Python (3+ years)
SQL (3+ years)
Spark
PowerShell
C#
Cloud tools expertise:
AWS (3+ years) with strong hands‑on experience in
Glue, Lambda, and Redshift
Experience with
EC2, S3, and SQL Server
Proficiency with
Git
for version control
Proven experience with:
ETL development
and large-scale data processing
SQL modeling and optimization
Data analysis
and building systems that support decision‑making
DevSecOps best practices
in development and deployment
Agile development using
SCRUM
frameworks with
Jira
Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
