Client Specialist
to manage client relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and supporting long‑term client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
