At Johnson & Johnson MedTech, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, we are looking for a Manager, Plan Capabilities (OMP CoE) to join our Jacksonville Campus.

This role is part of the Vision Planning Excellence team, responsible for setting strategic direction, developing capabilities, and ensuring effective deployment of planning technologies and processes. The Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives, drive deployment of advanced planning technologies, and support cultural change across business units and regions.

Responsibilities

Lead capability improvements through deployment of standard processes, leveraging advanced planning technology and managing design, configuration, training, and deployment.

Support the evolution of planning standards for all J&J Vision, including maturity models, frameworks, process maps, roadmaps, process decomposition, and metric standards.

Drive continuous improvement of planning processes through consistent communication with business teams and consulting with Planning/PEX teams on ongoing requirements.

Execute Change Management strategies to ensure success of critical plan initiatives, considering the complexity of Vision business.

Lead technical and process-based deployments across Vision, moving J&J’s Supply Planning capability up the maturity curve and creating value linked to Transformational Roadmaps.

Establish a clear path for user experience improvements through UI enhancements, process standardization, and reporting/toolkit design.

Provide project leadership for key PEX initiatives, including OMP enhancements, ERP upgrade deployment, IBP maturity, and other plan and supply chain projects.

Lead training sessions with core plan teams and support development and maintenance of OMP-related documentation.

Maintain planning standards within value streams, troubleshoot issues, and support process maturity and data governance as Vision supply chain evolves.

Key Relationships

Work closely with all levels of the Plan / Planning Excellence function.

Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders across Make, Deliver, Source, Product Management and other SC initiatives.

Engage with cross‑functional enterprise groups such as EPEx, SCDM, SCSS, JJT, and others.

Partner with OMP consultants/developers.

Qualifications

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of related Supply Chain experience.

Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain Planning experience.

Strong background in Supply Chain Planning processes and systems.

Experience in 2 of 5 core planning areas: Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, End‑to‑End Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP.

Experience with Advanced Planning Systems deployments required, OMP preferred.

Global, regional, cross‑sector experience preferred.

APICS certification preferred.

Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Project, timeline and change management expertise.

Ability to translate business requirements into planning capabilities.

Clear understanding of external supply chain trends and best practices.

Ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement.

Other

Anticipated travel: 20%

Attendance policy: Hybrid/JNJ Flex (3 days on site, 2 remote)
