Position Overview Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing kitchen remodeling company. We are seeking career-minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

Responsibilities

Prepare purchase requisitions and submit them to the franchisee manager for final approval for payment.

Maintain a payable processing system, match vendor invoices with purchase orders, code each invoice, and submit them to the franchisee/sales manager for final approval.

Audit cabinet acknowledgements against orders, review pricing for errors, and ensure the production date corresponds to required installation timeframe.

Maintain central job filing system and calendars.

Close out job files, balancing contract price with monies received, and establish job gross profit for sales commission processing.

Coordinate and mail thank‑you cards as jobs are closed.

Prepare time‑sheet logs for payroll processing.

Enter and maintain all leads in the computer mailing list program.

Answer incoming phone calls and prepare lead input sheets and file data for sales follow‑up.

Maintain adequate levels of literature inventory and keep literature holders stocked.

Prepare monthly sales performance report.

Keep track of open invoices and payments.

Help host seminars, sales events or training programs as needed.

Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications

Computer and smartphone proficiency.

Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Highly motivated and dependable.

Organized with strong attention to detail.
