Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of personal injury cases from the initial investigation to settlement or trial.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best interests are represented.
Contribute to the firm's overall growth by providing legal representation and support to senior attorneys.
Navigate multiple cases, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school,
Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
Minimum of one year of experience in personal injury litigation
Compensation & Benefits
Salary plus bonuses tied to performance

Compensation: $75K-$200K (Includes a base plus bonus structure)
