Job Details We are seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position involves working with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice, and representing them in court. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in insurance defense litigation or personal injury litigation. You will play a key role in our organization, ensuring the successful resolution of legal disputes and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and appeals.

Represent clients in court.

Provide expert advice to clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate complex legal situations.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.

Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and stay abreast of current laws and regulations.

Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times, adhering to ethical standards of the legal profession.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense litigation or personal injury litigation.

Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage a high‑volume case load and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated experience in drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and managing discovery.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.

Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technology.

Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining client confidentiality.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
