What to Expect
Tesla Bilingual Energy Support Specialists handle a variety of customer issues for Residential Energy products while delivering on world class customer service. Our team is the front line and face of the Tesla brand. We maintain a level of professionalism that exceeds our customer's expectations. We're looking for a specialist that has the ability to help our customers in both English and Spanish.
What You'll Do
Maintain Tesla's high standards for integrity, customer service and professionalism in all interactions and communications
Act as a subject matter expert and cultivate trust with the customer as their singular point of contact
Increase levels of customer satisfaction by providing feedback for improvement to peers and management
Partner with various Tesla departments to resolve customer concerns
Stay up to date on the most current information and tools
Adapt, remain flexible, and execute on feedback provided
What You'll Bring
1 year of technical call center experience with a proven record of excellent customer service
Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills, with an ability to empathize with the customer
Proven ability to effectively work in Windows and Microsoft office products, while comfortable learning new software platforms
Ability to work independently, and be both creative and resourceful when presented with challenging situations
The ability to speak both English and Spanish in a professional setting
Compensation and Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full‑time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
