Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid/Remote
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
Incentives: 50% commission on new and renewal business

Responsibilities
Provide full-service account management for a generalist book of business, including contractors, construction, and manufacturers
Handle accounts ranging from $80,000 to $300,000 in premium
Manage all aspects of client servicing, including quoting new and renewal business, policy changes, and addressing client inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers such as AmWINS, Cincinnati, The Hanover, Andover, Arbella, and Chubb
Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines servicing
Proven ability to manage a diverse book of business with a focus on client satisfaction
Familiarity with AMS 360 software is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite for training and onboarding (approximately one month) and reside within an hour's commute of the office (CT, MA, RI)
