Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, assess progress, and manage complications promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Skills & Qualifications Skills needed include excellent communication, critical thinking, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
