Newly hired Variable‑Hour and Part‑Time employees are measured for eligibility into our ACA Benefits plans over the first twelve months of employment (Initial Measurement Period). Employees who work at least 130 hours per calendar month during this period are invited to enroll in ACA Benefits plans, which offer a range of enhanced coverage options. Eligible employees also receive major medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Benefit eligibility can vary and depends on employment status and location.
Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice.
Current CPR certification with hands‑on component. Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary.
TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Eligibility As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employees must comply with all health‑related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.
