BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Manager at our Medicare certified home health office in Sierra Vista, AZ.
Location Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 – 1967 S. Frontage Road (Sierra Vista, AZ 85635)

Duties of a Clinical Manager
Directing and coordinating care provided by a multi‑disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
Processing incoming referrals.
Managing and mentoring Clinical Associates and field staff.
Orienting field staff.
Reviewing documentation, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base.
Monitoring quality assurance.
Managing staff productivity and overall case management.
Visiting clients as necessary.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in AZ.
At least 2 years of nursing experience (med/surge, acute, ER, etc.).
Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.
Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD‑10 coding.
HCHB certification a plus.
Strong people‑management and leadership experience a plus.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
