What You’ll Be Doing
Help families build skills like emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
Connect families to community resources.
Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
Advocate for improvements in family environments.
Work with a passionate team that’s all about making a real impact.
What We’re Looking For
Loves working with children and families.
Believes in building on strengths.
Is ready to learn, grow, and be an advocate for those who need it most.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
Predictive Index assessment.
