This role is a board‑certified nurse practitioner contractor position to conduct in‑home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
Base pay range Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (average 6‑9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier*. Earn additional compensation via our pay‑per‑test model. Availability incentives based on weekly availability.
Responsibilities
Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a patient’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care.
Perform medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation in the patient’s home. Do not prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens.
Assist patients in re‑engaging with their health.
Compensation and Perks
Base pay $80 per assessment, up to $2,500–$4,000 per week.
Market Multiplier up to 135%.
Pay‑per‑test bonus for qualified visits.
Availability incentives.
Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility).
Malpractice coverage.
Independent contractor, 1099 status.
Flexible schedule; shifts Monday‑Sunday (no nights or weekends required).
Short‑term or long‑term basis.
