The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology, Allergy and Sleep Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine / Riley Hospital for Children is recruiting for a full‑time board‑certified or board‑eligible pulmonologist for Riley Hospital and one of our satellite locations in Carmel, Fort Wayne, or Bloomington, IN. Committed to clinical excellence, Riley’s pulmonology program provides advanced, child‑focused, and family‑centered clinical care to children with respiratory, allergy, and sleep disorders. Specialized programs include the Infant Breathing Program, Cystic Fibrosis Program, Aerodigestive Program, High Risk Asthma Program, Home Ventilation Program, and Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia Program. A leader in clinical care, teaching, research and advocacy in pediatric respiratory medicine, the Division is ranked among the top eight pediatric pulmonology programs in the nation by US News & World Report.

Position Highlights

Clinical care of general pulmonology patients: inpatient clinical care, inpatient consults; outpatient pulmonary clinic or follow‑up care and consultation; procedures include bronchoscopy

Clinics M‑F; Flexible scheduling for service and call; approx. 4‑5 weekends/year; night call 4‑8 weekdays/month; Call typically with a fellow.

Academic appointment with IU School of Medicine (IUSM) includes education of students, residents and fellows and research opportunities

Comprehensive benefits package through IUSM including group राह insurance, 401k with company match, PTO, relocation assistance and occurrence‑based malpractice insurance coverage starting the first day of employment. Base compensation with potential wRVU and quality bonus.

Qualifications

Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Pulmonology

ABMS Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship training

Physician MD/DO licensed in or eligible for licensure in Indiana
