Responsibilities Provide top-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and proper instrument handling. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any intraoperative changes. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Skills Needed Strong knowledge of OR protocols and surgical equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
