Base pay range $23.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Job Summary The Dietary Manager partners with the Dietitian to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The role ensures high quality nutritional services are provided daily and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Essential Duties
Partner with the Dietitian to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department, its programs, and activities in accordance with patient care plans, guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.
Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are maintained and all documentation is filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
Must have, as a minimum, 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager preferred.
