Laboratory Logistics Technician

to join our Clinical Development & Operations team. You will play a vital role in our Crop Science mission, ensuring that critical research samples are managed and distributed accurately to support the development of sustainable agricultural solutions worldwide.

What You'll Do

Orchestrate Global Logistics:

Execute domestic and international sample orders using specialized logistics applications, ensuring all shipments comply with IATA and DOT regulations.

Maintain Inventory Excellence:

Lead physical inventory reconciliations for bulk and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) samples, utilizing Excel to generate high-accuracy reports for stakeholders.

Ensure Safety & Compliance:

Maintain and archive Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis, ensuring all laboratory activities adhere to HSE, site safety, and FIFRA labeling policies.

Facilitate Sample Processing:

Perform precision sub-filling of sample containers and apply appropriate research labels, maintaining the integrity of substances throughout the process.

Secure Specialized Assets:

Assist in overseeing restricted GLP areas, maintaining secure storage and meticulous records for future reference and regulatory audits.

Collaborate & Support:

Manage incoming logistics supplies and collaborate with the Sample Logistics team to troubleshoot discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.

What You'll Bring

Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.

Fundamental knowledge of safe chemical handling and laboratory safety protocols.

High computer literacy, including experience with data entry and inventory management software (e.g., Excel, CRM, or specialized Logistics Apps).

Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or supply chain management, particularly within a regulated industry.

Pay Rate:

$23.65 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) – Enjoy a consistent work-life balance.
