Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical issues on modern vehicles (2008 and newer)
Perform under‑car and under‑hood troubleshooting (no engine or transmission swaps)
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards
Communicate effectively with teammates and customers
Participate in yearly training and ASE certification reimbursement
Support a steady workflow with transparent dispatching and Monday morning meetings
Qualifications
5+ years in a professional shop, preferably with strong drivability and electrical diagnostic experience
ASE Certification preferred; Driver's License required
Attention to detail and a pride in quality work
Organized work style and safe practices
Strong communicator who respects teammates and customers
Hunger to learn new systems, training, and certifications
Reliable, humble, and drama‑free; a true team player
