Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) using SAP • Send Purchase Orders and Non-Cancellation Forms to suppliers via email or fax • Prepare and update pending delivery reports and weekly purchasing reports • Receive and process documents from the warehouse (invoices, manual receiving, negative receiving) • Request demo units when needed • Canvass suppliers, negotiate pricing, and purchase items at the lowest responsive price • Source Non-Focus Products under ESD • Provide timely and consistent updates to the sales team regarding order status, issues, or inquirie • Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrival of orders • Coordinate and negotiate returns to suppliers for canceled or incorrect orders • Assist Product Managers in securing volume discounts or special pricing Job Requirements

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any Business-related course Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience Fresh graduates with internship experience in procurement or purchasing are welcome to apply Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willing to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City
