Overview
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is hiring a Veterinary Technician for our Emergency department.
Schedule & Pay 3 x 12hrs OR 4 x 10hrs; mid shift hours available. Pay: $21.00 - $43.00 / hr with shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
Triage patients and obtain history
Identify patients at risk and initiate CPR
Place IVCs and advanced catheters (jugular, central lines, PICC)
Monitor and care for ventilator cases
Work with other technicians and assistants to provide advanced medicine
Mentor and train co‑workers
Provide critical patient care and reunite patients with owners
Qualifications
Licensed Veterinary Technician with experience in emergency or critical care
Proficiency in advanced catheter placement and ventilator support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for mentoring and continuous learning
