Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily. Take orders from customers in person or over the phone and ensure accurate processing. Assist with other store duties as needed to support store operations. Qualifications

You must be 16 years of age or older. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand and convey correct instructions. Ability to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen and enter orders accurately. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; must be able to make correct monetary change. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Essential Functions/Skills

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Eye-hand coordination for rapid, accurate movements; ability to use a calculator as needed. Ability to enter orders using computer systems and to process payments. Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some areas. Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters (walk-in cooler) and hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts; normal conditions for a fast-paced pizza store. Sensing & Temperament

Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception. Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces; suitable temperament to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and interact with customers and teammates. Physical Requirements

Standing for most tasks; walking for short distances; occasional sitting at a desk to complete paperwork. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull operations; occasional climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching above shoulder level. Frequent hand use for shaping dough, using utensils, and handling orders and equipment.
