Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced stepdown unit
Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shifts
