The Role We’re looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service in our showroom and over the phone. You’ll help customers find the right solutions, maintain a welcoming environment, support showroom operations, and contribute to our culture of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming showroom experience.
Listen to customer needs, recommend solutions, and upsell products where appropriate.
Answer calls promptly and provide accurate, helpful information.
Process payments accurately and operate the cash register.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
Assist the Service team with parts requests and ensure messages are relayed promptly.
Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks.
Requirements
3–5 years of customer service experience.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented, with a passion for, wellness, and helping others.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional, positive mindset; patient and solution-focused with customers.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours.
Reliability and dependability is a critical part of the job.
Monday through Friday schedule/9:30am-6:00pm
