What You'll Be Doing
Accurately enter inbound and outbound shipment information into the warehouse management system (WMS).
Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and shipments.
Prepare and process shipping documents such as packing slips and bills of lading.
Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accuracy.
Track and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports as needed.
Assist with order picking, packing, and staging when required.
Communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
What You Bring to the Table
1+ year of warehouse experience.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Experience using WMS or ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
