Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Maintenance Technician at a multi‑family residential property located in Metro Detroit, MI and Springfield, OH. The Maintenance Technician will handle daily maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs on various items including plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Responsibilities include ensuring the property is in excellent condition, responding promptly to resident maintenance requests, unit turn and maintaining safety and operational standards. Collaboration with the team and adherence to building codes are also essential.

Qualifications

Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance tasks

Skilled in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues

Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations

Capable of working independently with excellent problem‑solving abilities

Relevant certifications in maintenance, HVAC, or similar fields are a plus

Prior experience in multi‑family residential maintenance is advantageous
