Job Overview & Responsibilities
Join a small elite teamWeekend Day Shift Friday through Sunday 6:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Technician would be performing masking, hand spraying primer application. Hand and robotic spray on foam application (Sufi) along with other rocket building activities.
Work in a maintained clean environment.
Interpret standard work instructions.
Comply with safety rules and regulations.
Ensure that equipment is used in accordance with established safety and operating procedures.
Required Education High School/GED
Required Years of Experience Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Basic Qualifications
Weekend Day Shift Friday through Sunday 6:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Must be willing to work extended hours and off shifts as needed.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, detailed written work instructions, and other printed or graphical instruction.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., bend, kneel, squat, stoop, work overhead, reach above shoulder level, sit, stand, walk (sometimes on uneven surfaces), and climb.
Ability to perform work with both hands which may involve forceful grasping, repetitive motion with low impact vibration.
Must be able to climb and work from ladders, rainbows, and platforms for extended periods of time, awkward positions and in high places.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Aerospace organic coating application or willingness to learn
Robotic spray on foam application or willingness to learn
