Company Ragsdale Heating, Air, Plumbing, & Electrical is currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team, comprised of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Salary $17-19/hour

Schedule Sunday - Thursday; 10 am - 7 pm (Sunday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Responsibilities

Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule

Ensure proper job distribution, prioritize urgent calls

Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location

Keep customers updated on delays, notify them before tech arrives, and handle rescheduling professionally

Review timesheet reports, track idle time, and maintain accurate service records

Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments

Communicate with field personnel

Maintain accurate technician database

Coordinate parts scheduling

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry

Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications

Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Must be able to work evenings and weekends
