Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service - "Ritz of Thrift"
Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software.
Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising.
Work with Store Leader to help meet store goals.
Assist leading our team of 12-18 people daily.
Run the UC Pearland store with passion and enthusiasm!
Fill-in for teammate call-outs when needed.
Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
Must have weekend availability.
