Job Description
We are currently seeking a Specialty Machine Operator to operate and perform changeover of coffee packaging machinery.
Job Duties
Careful handling of expensive, exotic coffees through a manual roasting system
Change out forming collars as needed
Flavor coffee as needed
Retrieval and removal of packaging items by use of forklift
Stack and label cases of product
Involvement in all aspects of the production, shipping, receiving, and warehousing of specialty coffees.food
Operate and perform changeover of coffee packaging mechanics lines
Qualifications
Minimal mechanical experience for dismantling and reassembly of machine for correct product specification
Forklift certification / ability to retrieve and put away own packaging materials
Desire and ability for cross-training
Ability to work overtime including weekends on short notice
Preference for individual with multi-line operating experience and warehouse experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
