Job Summary Produce Clerk positioned in El Super #57 located at 5800 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92503, United States. Starting rate $16.90 per hour.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate produce displays.
Lift up to 60 pounds and perform other physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for prolonged periods.
Work under direct supervision of the Produce Manager in a fast‑paced grocery store environment.
Qualifications
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Basic PC/Outlook skills (optional).
Retail Management Certificate (optional).
