OPERATOR

Receives and relays incoming telephone calls for First State Bank of Uvalde with a friendly voice. Provides directory information to inquirers and transfers calls, as appropriate. Provides Account Services support as required. Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

Operates switchboard and routes incoming calls to appropriate departments. Performs various duties as required, including logging and routing returned mail, forwarding incoming faxes, scanning and preparation of documents upon request. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Required

Education, Experience, Competencies and Skills.

High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of telephone consoles and related equipment. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to verify data input and correct errors. Basic data entry and/or word processing skills. Clerical and basic office skills
