Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs and progress
Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures
Educate patients on postpartum care and newborn care
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Skills Needed
Strong knowledge of labor and delivery protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high‑pressure situations with compassion
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP preferred
