Requirements Internal candidates must have been in their current role for at least 6 months and have no active CA's within the past 12 months.
From your STORY to ours:
Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Hours:
3rd Shift - 10:50 pm to 7:20 am (shift differential $1.00). Pay increases occur every 6 months based on employee performance expectations.
Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
All employees must go through a forklift certification course and are required to drive a forklift.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform physical tasks for extended periods: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting.
Ability to climb and/or work at heights using stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms.
Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hair/beard net, and gloves when required.
Willing and able to adhere to grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions.
Willing to work around industrial high‑speed moving machinery.
Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment.
