Rate of Pay $26.00 per hour. Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, education, skills, training, and location.

How You'll Shine As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll provide quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and ensuring each unit and building is in perfectly working order.
How You'll Make An Impact
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
Perform maintenance work for make‑ready units.
Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures; repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
Clean and maintain outside landscape (empty trash, pick up trash, general landscape work).
Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisor, adhere to company safety programs.
What You’ll Bring
Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with team focus.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
Basic handyman skills.
Compensation Generally starting at $26.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
